Whether you are a small business about to sign your first lease or a big brand that needs to do something fresh, our purpose is to figure out what’s missing or what’s not working in your visual identity to push your business forward.
Fred&Co. is the creative practice of Molly O’Neill. She is a visual designer who can execute anything from a huge coffee table book design to a mural install. Today, she works with a small team to ensure that Fred&Co. can maximize the creative possibilities for each and every project that knocks on our door.
We are grateful to know, work, and learn with our entire network of creative friends, especially Chris Plantan, Victoria Romulo, SuperFriendly, Freelance Founders, Margarita Barrios-Ponce, Chelsea Brink, and Scout. And of course, thank you to Isabel Gloss for our branded photography.
We are a part of the artist community in the Holland Arts Building in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. Stop by our building-wide open studio days to say hey!
It is important to us to support design students making their own way. Our founder Molly can be found connecting to students as a guest lecturer at Minneapolis College of Art and Design and Northeastern University, a Board Member of the Scout Advisory Council, and a Young Alumni Advisor to the Women's Interdisciplinary Society of Entrepreneurship.
